Effective January 1, 2008 the appraisal districts
boundaries are the same as the county's boundaries.
Contact the appraisal district of the county that your
property is located in.
The appraisal district is responsible for appraising
property in the district for ad valorem tax purposes of
each taxing unit that imposes ad valorem taxes on
property in the district.
The Denton County Tax Office currently works with 6
surrounding appraisal districts.
